How do I find out more about the services?

You can find out more about our services by contacting us. We will provide you with our services document that details the various plans and processes that we will have in place in order to optimally coordinate your project. As we pride ourselves on getting projects done in a timely manner with high quality you can be rest assured that your project will be managed efficiently, effectively and with your budget in mind.

What is the process for completing projects?

The project will be initiated on your terms by contacting us at hello@highfielddigital.com. Once you have received notification that you would like to find out more, we will provide you with all the necessary bits of information that you need to make an informed choice and to setup your free 1-hour consultation session with us. Once we have met, and we are both happy, we will take it onto get a project proposal, then contract and non-disclosure agreement all sent and signed by both parties in order to protect both us and you, and to make sure that we have set out the specific tasks that are within the project. Finally before commencing the project Highfield Digital would provide your business with an inception report that details all of the specific tasks and timelines as previously agreed. This final document will be signed by both parties and we can get going. I know it seems like a long process, but we pride ourselves on assuring that we are all legally and fairly protected. Can I try before I buy?

Not exactly, but you can get 1 hour free consultation with no obligation. We all know that choosing your digital agency is a difficult task for anyone; therefore we have setup a promotion to enable you to meet us over Skype or in person to get a sense of our abilities and expertise. What development technology do you use?

We use different tools and technologies according to your specific business needs. Primarily we would be using ModEx and Wordpress to deliver and develop your bespoke website, complete with functionality and responsiveness as standard. If you wanted to get more involved in the development part of the project, we welcome it greatly as this would save you money, and provide you with a project that is catered to your specific needs and under your terms. For this, we would train on the use of Django , Python and Heroku to make sure you have a website that blows the competition out of the water. We are so confident in these development tools that our own site is built using them.

What is the timeframe for completing a project?

The project timeline can vary from around 2 to 12 weeks on average; however this would be dependent on your specific needs and any ongoing support that you may require as part of the project. Further details of the project timeline will be provided after the initial scoping stages, whereby we will provide a timeline estimate that best fits the project and your needs.

How do I purchase any of your services?

The purchasing and payments will go through our invoices@highfielddigital.com email address so that it can be administered appropriately by our team of account managers. However, previous to this, our team recommends that initial contact is run through our main inbox hello@highfielddigital.com, which is managed by our Highfield Digital representatives whom will be your main contact point for the duration of the project. Technical Issues

How do I get Google to crawl and index my website?

The first thing you would need to do is go here https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url and submit your URL into the data field. After this you would need to create a sitemap and a simple navigation within your site so that Google is able to navigate your site effectively. You can use an XML sitemap generator, such as https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/, once you have your sitemap we would recommend submitting it to your Google Webmaster Tools account where you will also have access to information regarding how your site is indexed and tips on how to improve your rankings. Finally, Highfield Digital recommend signing your business up to Google+ and using the Google Maps API to give your brand and business a 'physical location'. How do I check if my website is being indexed by Google?

It's easy to check whether your site has been indexed by Google. You simply go to www.google.com and type in "site:" followed by your site name, excluding the www. If your site has been indexed then this will show up in search results.

How do I form a complaint about a Highfield Digital representative?

All of our representatives are provided with the necessary training to ensure that they treat all of our clients appropriately and with the utmost professionalism. If you have any issues with any of our representatives for any reason whatsoever, please endeavour to contact us using our compliance@highfielddigital.com email address, where you will be contacting by our compliance manager who will deal with the matter appropriately.

What if I change my mind about the services?

You can change your mind about of services anytime during the project, however some changes may be subject to charges. This may be due to our representatives having previously completed work that has since gone unpaid by the respective client. Alongside this, we will ensure that the contract and inception reports are reviewed to ensure that all parties are aware of the respective agreements.
